You must not use the service to violate any applicable law, infringe others' rights, or transmit harmful or offensive content.

3. Education Records and FERPA

Where Zealearn is used in an educational context, users and organizations are responsible for complying with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and applicable student privacy policies. By using the service, you represent that you have the authority to use and disclose education records as permitted by law and that you will use Zealearn in a FERPA-compliant manner.

4. Intellectual Property

Zealearn and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Zealogics (or its licensors). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the service.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may request account and data deletion at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.
